What Is Impact Crusher
Impact crusher is a kind of crushing machine which uses impact energy to break materials. Impact Crusher Structure
The impact crusher consists of impact rack, impact plate, main shaft, blow bar, rotor, rotor rack, machine body, etc.
Impact Crusher Working Principle
In the working process of the machine, the rotor rotates at a high speed driven by the motor. When materials enter the crushing chamber, they will be impacted and crushed by the blow bar on the rapidly turning rotor, and then thrown to the impact plate for a secondary breaking, finally rebounded back to the rotor area and be crushed again. This process will be repeated until the material is crushed to the desired size and then be discharged from the outlet. By adjusting the distance between the impact rack and the rotor, the particle size and shape can be changed.
