What is an industrial filter bag? The filter bag is the key part of the industrial bag filter, usually in the shape of a cylinder, which is vertically suspended in the bag filter under the support of the bag cage. After the dust-laden gas enters the bag filter and passes through the filter bag, the dust is adsorbed on the surface of the filter bag, and the clean gas is discharged from the air outlet.

The polyester needle-punched felt filter bag is a kind of high-efficiency filter bag, which has the characteristics of wear resistance, folding resistance, and good air permeability. Its temperature resistance level is moderate (instant temperature resistance: 150 ℃). The surface layer of the polyester needle-punched felt filter bag is made of high-quality polyester fiber, high-strength polyester long fiber, and high-performance polyester base fabric, which ensure sufficient mechanical strength. In addition, it adopts a unique needle-punched process as well as post-processing technics, such as singeing, calendering, and heat-setting. This greatly improves the filtration accuracy and prolongs the service life of the filter bag so that it is widely used in metallurgy, chemical, power generation, cement, ceramics, and other industries for dust removal and material recovery.

The surface layer of AGICO PPS (polyphenylene sulfide) needle-punched felt filter bag is made of imported PPS short fiber and PPS long fiber base fabric, which has good acid resistance and flexibility, significantly improving the overall strength of the filter bag. We use the advanced post-processing technics and a unique “PTFE mixed solution” to perform high-temperature sintering treatment and overall impregnation treatment on the filter bag, forming a PTFE membrane on the surface of the fiber, which greatly improves the anti-oxidation, corrosion resistance, temperature resistance, and filtration accuracy of the filter bag.
High operating temperature: it can be used continuously at a high temperature of 160 °C, and the instantaneous temperature resistance can reach 190 °C.
High filtration precision: the filter layer formed by PPS fiber after needle punching is denser, which improves the filtration precision and ensures the dust emission meets the standard.
Low energy consumption: the texture is soft and the dust is easy to peel off so that the required cleaning pressure and cleaning frequency are small, which effectively reduces the compressed air consumption and saves operating costs.

The surface layer of AGICO P84 (polyimide) needle-punched felt filter bag is made of P84 fiber imported from Austria and high-performance P84 base fabric. The fiber cross-section is a regular three-lobed shape, which increases the surface area by 89% compared with the circular cross-section so that most of the dust can only stay on the surface of the filter bag. It has a minimal shrinkage rate under high temperatures and can be used continuously at 240°C. The instantaneous temperature resistance is up to 260°C. Besides, it has outstanding acid and alkali resistance, therefore the filtering effect on dusty gas with acid and alkali properties is unparalleled. The water absorption rate of the P84 needle-punched felt filter bag is 3%, which is suitable for working conditions with water vapor content less than 38%. It is widely used in metallurgy, waste incineration, cement kiln tail, steel mill, etc.

The fiberglass needle-punched felt filter bag is a new type of high-efficiency filter bag with reasonable structure and excellent performance. Its surface layer is made of alkali-free glass fiber and high-performance glass fiber base fabric with a monofilament diameter less than 5μm, which not only has the advantages of acid and alkali resistance and high strength but also has good heat resistance, flame retardant, and anti-corrosion effects. The fiberglass needle-punched felt filter bag has a three-dimensional micro-porous structure, high fiber porosity, and low gas resistance. The filtration speed is about twice that of the general woven filter bag. It can be used continuously at 260°C and the instantaneous temperature resistance is up to 300°C.

AGICO high-silicon (modified) PTFE membrane filter bag is made of ultra-fine high-silicon fiber, which is a cost-effective filter bag. In order to improve the use effect and meet the needs of specific working conditions, the filter bag surface is impregnated with PTFE and treated with PTFE membrane, which combines the characteristics of acid resistance with temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and good flexibility so that the service life and other properties have been greatly improved.
Thin & soft: the filter bag thickness is about 0.9mm. It is only 1/3 of other felt filter bags.
High filtration accuracy: pores on the filter bag surface are small and uniform (0.10-2.0μm), which can separate all dust larger than the pore diameter.
Low strength & high extension: the warp and weft strength are above 2300N/5×20cm. It will not shrink under high temperatures, and the elongation is less than 3%.
Water & oil repellent: the hydrolysis resistance of the filter bag is very good. The base fabric has been treated with water and oil repellency, and the waterproof level is not less than 4.5.
Outstanding temperature resistance: it can be used continuously at 260°C and the instantaneous temperature resistance is up to 280°C. When it comes into contact with hot particles and sparks generated instantly, there will be no burns or burning.

AGICO acrylic (acrylonitrile homopolymer fiber) PTFE membrane filter bag is an efficient needle-punched felt filter bag. Its normal working temperature is 130 ℃, and the instantaneous working temperature can reach 150 ℃. The surface layer of the acrylic filter bag is made of high-quality acrylonitrile homopolymer fiber and acrylonitrile homopolymer long fiber base fabric, which is soft in texture and high in mechanical strength. In order to ensure filtration accuracy, the fibers after needle punching have a high degree of density and form an A-type structure on the microscopic level, which can separate all dust larger than the pore diameter.
Acrylic PTFE membrane filter bags have good resistance to organic solvents, oxidants, inorganic and organic acids, and will not be hydrolyzed. They are suitable for low temperature and high chemical corrosion occasions, such as waste incineration, coal mill grinding, power plants, etc.
